v2.8.0 module mirror diagnostics + restore to Sangoma default

Two new tools (253 to 255) for operators returning from third-party
mirrors to Sangoma's official mirror.

fm_module_mirror_status reads the MODULE_REPO URL list, classifies
each URL as Sangoma or third-party, and surfaces which repo
categories (standard / extended / commercial) are enabled vs
advertised by the remote.

fm_module_mirror_restore_sangoma writes MODULE_REPO back to the
freepbx_settings default. ensure_primary keeps third-party URLs as
fallback; replace_all drops them. Optional enable_categories
re-enables shelves like commercial in the same call.

Fully in-walls: Config BMO for URL, module_functions facade for
categories. Confirm-gated. Dry-run preview is the default.
