Clean teardown on plugin disable: floating outline / lightbox / reading-position listener / cascade menus / table picker are now removed with the plugin (previously the outline lingered as a bare list under the note). Fixed IME mistriggers in the image-picker search, stray links when switching notes mid-paste, and leftovers after resetting settings. The /date slash command now offers a format picker; removed the settings cheatsheet.
