tcl-syslog is a simple Tcl extension that enables scripts to send messages to the Unix syslog facility. This extension was originally written by Alexandros Stergiakis in 2008 but it needed update in order to have autotools and TEA based scripts updated. This far Alexandros has become unresponsive at the originally published email address, but the license he picked was maintained and the credits that go to him are hopefully clearly stated
