myPKA 7.0.1

The first release of myPKA 7. The tag v7.0.0 exists, but 7.0.0 was never
released: its release build composed the folder, then refused its own zip
(the fix below), and a tag never moves. Everything the 7.0.0 section lists
ships for the first time in 7.0.1. Pairs with ICOR for Life 2.2.1.

• Fixed, repository only: the release workflow's repo-only check looks at
  the team zip, and lets the folder carry a path that is repo-only here
  (README.md, .gitignore) only when the content half ships those exact
  bytes. 7.0.0 checked the whole folder against this repository's
  repo-only list and stopped on the content's README.md and .gitignore.
• Changed, repository only: the content pin is ICOR for Life 2.2.1, whose
  README names the download mypka-<version>.zip.
