Malou Codex Pet v1.1.2

Fixes the Codex Desktop restart case where the running Electron process can rewrite .codex-global-state.json without selected-avatar-id and mobile falls back to the default pet. Adds and documents scripts/repair-after-codex-exit.ps1, keeps check-mobile-sync.ps1 for Android/iOS sync verification, and records the 2026-05-31 post-restart validation path.
