12.0.0 DMCA takedown requested

This might be one of the last releases of this repo and custom HACS integration.

Since a DMCA takedown has been requested, see #100

I have performed a limited cleanup of the source code, in order to ensure that the most sensitive elements are no longer part of this repo, specifically some debug information and example data related to carbu.com which was part of the source code in the source code comments, and is claimed to be a verbatim reproduction.

For the sake of clarity, I have never received any financial compensation for this integration, nor have I ever intended to commercialize it. I created it solely to make the fuel station information more easily accessible for myself and other Home Assistant users. The project has always been fully open source and intended exclusively for personal, non-commercial use.

With that in mind, I was wondering whether there might be an opportunity to explore an approach that could benefit both Carbu.com and the Home Assistant community.

From my perspective, this integration could also serve as a way to increase awareness of Carbu.com within a large and active user community. My intention was never to divert traffic away from the carbu.com website. On the contrary, I believe it could potentially generate additional visibility and visitors for Carbu.com.

I have reached out to the owner of carbu.com, I would be happy to discuss an arrangement that clearly defines which data could be integrated into Home Assistant and which data should remain excluded. We could also align on the use of the Carbu.com name and include appropriate links back to the website to help drive traffic and ensure proper attribution.

I would have preferred if this discussion was started before a DMCA was requested.
