Improvements

• PTZ follow functionality on direction uthreat if sensor and and PTZ device is in
  the same composite device.
• Visionflex support for cuing based on directions. Requires visionflex to be
  part of the same composite device as the sensor generating the direction
  uthreat.
• Visionflex starts 3D search pattern when cued to a target with height
  information. 2D search pattern is started otherwise.
• Visionflex support for ptzDefaultDistance. Used when cuing to a direction
  uthreat. The cameara zoom and focus to this distance and start a 2D search
  pattern.
• Visionflex support for ptzDefaultHeight. Used when turning to a location
  without height information.
• Visionflex support for nominalTargetSize . Used when cuing to a direction
  uthreat. The camera will zoom to a field of view ideal for finding targets of
  this size.
• Handling of uthreatId in sensor fusion improved when joining/splitting
  threats.

Bug fixes

• EchoGuard/Shield protection against NaN values in threats. Could cause
  problems in the upper layers - e.g. sensor fusion
• Bug fix in handling of height when creating composite devices.
