LCoder 0.1.5 — selective review refresh

Choose a tag to compare

@myersguo myersguo released this 22 Sep 02:45

What's new

  • Keeps the Review editor from reloading the current file when unrelated files change in the workspace.
  • Workspace watch events now report changed relative paths to the renderer.
  • File and working-diff tabs refresh only when their displayed path or rename-source path changed.
  • Commit and branch diff tabs stay stable for ordinary working-tree file saves, and still refresh for unknown/global changes such as Git metadata updates or manual Refresh.
  • Includes the clippy-compatible follow-up for the selective refresh implementation.

Install

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/myersguo/LCoder/main/install.sh | bash

Or with Homebrew:

brew install --cask myersguo/tap/lcoder

Existing Homebrew users can upgrade after the tap update:

brew upgrade --cask myersguo/tap/lcoder

Manual installation

  1. Download LCoder-0.1.5-macos-arm64-unsigned.zip and SHA256SUMS.

  2. Verify:

    grep 'LCoder-0.1.5-macos-arm64-unsigned.zip' SHA256SUMS | shasum -a 256 -c -
  3. Unzip and move LCoder.app to /Applications.

  4. If macOS blocks first launch:

    xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/LCoder.app"

Limitations

  • macOS 13+ on Apple Silicon only.
  • Ad-hoc signed, but not Developer ID signed or notarized.

LCoder 0.1.4 — selective review refresh

Choose a tag to compare

@myersguo myersguo released this 22 Sep 02:34

What's new

  • Optimizes Review refresh so unrelated file changes no longer reload the currently opened review file.
  • Workspace watching now reports changed relative paths to the renderer.
  • File and working-diff tabs refresh only when their current or rename-source path changes.
  • Commit and branch diff tabs remain stable for ordinary working-tree file changes, and still refresh for unknown/global changes such as Git metadata updates or manual Refresh.
  • Fixes manual Refresh so it no longer advances the watcher cursor and misses later file events.

brew install --cask myersguo/tap/lcoder

LCoder 0.1.3 — branch compare review

Choose a tag to compare

@myersguo myersguo released this 11 Sep 12:43

What's new

  • Adds a Branches review mode for comparing two local branches with base...head merge-base semantics.
  • Lets feature branches such as feature_a be reviewed against main or master without checkout, fetch, or working-tree mutation.
  • Keeps branch diff file views pinned to resolved commit IDs and asks for refresh if either branch moves before opening a file.
  • Shows the BASE and HEAD branch selectors in one compact row.
  • Keeps LCoder-started Codex, Claude Code, and TraeX sessions out of each Agent's default Recent/resume list.
  • Updates Vitest to the patched 4.1.11 release so the project audit gate is clean.

LCoder 0.1.2 — navigator file filtering

Choose a tag to compare

@myersguo myersguo released this 08 Sep 07:55

What's new

  • Adds a compact Filter files field to Browse and Review navigation.
  • Browse filtering searches the workspace recursively, including files under directories that have not been expanded.
  • Review filtering narrows working-tree and commit changes and also matches rename source paths.
  • Preserves active-file highlighting and opens filtered results through the normal read-only file tabs.
  • Bounds recursive search to 100,000 scanned entries and 200 sorted matches while skipping symlinks, .git, dependencies, and build output.
