fix(so-editor/settings): 修复 Rizin 项目缓存误判跳过 aaa 与分析工作目录 UI 不刷新

- fix(so-editor): RizinProject save/load 返回 RzProjectErr 枚举（0=成功）被当 bool 用，
  导致加载错误误判为成功→跳过 aaa→非 libapp.so 函数 tab 空；改为 ==RZ_PROJECT_ERR_SUCCESS
- fix(settings): 工作目录 StateFlow 收集是 combineMcpState 内死代码（其后有无限 collect），
  独立 launch 到 init，选目录后 UI 正常刷新
- ci: build-release workflow draft:true → false（推 tag 即自动公开发布并附带 APK）
