DocVortex 0.2.3 improves EPUB internal links and note recognition.

  • Preserve anchors for body text and resolve cross-chapter links after all chapters are projected.
  • Restore footnote backlinks to their text targets and keep text and styling when an internal link cannot be resolved.
  • Recognize quoted EPUB note-type tokens, including straight and typographic quotes.
  • Refresh the README overview and remove obsolete migration and validation documents.

Validation: 79 focused EPUB regression tests passed locally; wheel and source distribution passed Twine checks. The publishing workflow runs the full cross-platform validation suite before uploading to PyPI.
