Review follow-ups for #40:

- fetchMetadataWithRating wrapped an episode's own scalar `guid`
  (`thetvdb://468006/1/1` or HAMA `local://…`) into a non-empty array,
  which won the fallback chain in sessionToEvent over `grandparentGuid`.
  When show metadata was unavailable, the session-end scrobble went out
  with no show id even though the progress scrobbles had it. Episodes
  now use `Guid[]` only here, matching getEpisodeMeta.

- getEpisodeMeta/getMovieMeta cached `{ guids: [] }` even when the
  container had no `Metadata` at all (Plex mid-scan/refresh), pinning
  empty ids for the rest of the session. Only a real item is cached now,
  matching getShowMeta.

- Drop references to docs/plex-legacy-guids-research.md and
  docs/superpowers/specs/… which do not exist in the repository.

Regression tests for both behaviours added.

Review follow-ups:
- Publish steps (login, push-by-digest, digest export/upload, merge) now
  also require the release tag to start with "v". A hand-created release
  with a non-semver tag would otherwise push orphan digests and either
  fail merge on an empty tag list (prerelease) or silently move `latest`.
- The merge-job comment claimed it creates the GHCR package first; the
  build job's push-by-digest does. Corrected, and documented the one-time
  post-first-release step: GHCR creates the package private, flip it to
  public or anonymous `docker run` fails with "denied".
- docker-compose comment now matches the README: `sudo chown`.

Review follow-up for #31.

- Jellyfin/Emby: `fetchSessions` becomes a template method, subclasses vary only
  `sessionsUrl()`. Emby's override no longer duplicates the fetch, the error
  handling and — crucially — the `user_filter` call it had to remember to make.
- Log the viewers the filter turns away (debug, Plex included). The filter has
  no UI and no validation, so a typo was indistinguishable from "nobody is
  watching".
- Warn when `user_filter` is not an array of strings: the coercion is right, but
  degrading silently to "count every viewer" is the opposite of the intent.
- Rename `FilterableUser.title` to `name` now that the helper is shared; both
  adapters map their own API shape onto it.

* fix: harden the user_filter against a bypassing subclass and a bracketless value

• Виден прогресс обновления приложения. При загрузке новой версии — полоса прогресса с процентами, объёмом и оценкой времени в окне приложения, нативный индикатор на кнопке в таскбаре (Windows) и иконке в Dock (macOS), процент в подсказке иконки трея. Ошибка загрузки теперь показывается прямо в баннере.
• Windows: автозапуск больше не «слетает» после обновления. Галочка «Запускать при старте системы» показывала неверное состояние, хотя запись в реестре была на месте; а если переустановка её теряла — теперь она восстанавливается автоматически. Выключенный вручную (в диспетчере задач) автозапуск приложение не трогает.
• Плейлисты VLC: следующий файл засчитывается. При автопереходе к следующей серии начинается новая отметка — раньше она могла не засчитаться (#28).
• Смотрите в Lampa? Для неё есть отдельный плагин — myshows-scrobbler-lampa, работает прямо на ТВ (Tizen, webOS). Инструкция — в README.
• Под капотом: Electron 43, обновлённые зависимости и CI.

Прогресс обновления показывает уже установленное приложение, поэтому в деле вы его увидите при обновлении с этой версии на следующую.
