Node status Monitoring failed

The Node Status in the Web UI is saying "Monitoring Failed"

Version is 1.19.5
Was running fine at first then this issue occurred after a few hours
It is port restricted cone NAT

Upgrade should fix Monitoring failed issues for Windows users with Native backend mode. (#5640).

Could you please try to upgrade to v1.0.17?
