The first archive (pwiz-mzdb-0.9.8.zip) contains raw2mzDB.exe 0.9.8 release.

This release contains a zip file containing pwiz mzDB static libs dependancies (essentially math libraries). They are useful only for compiling pwiz-mzdb. You only have to unzip this file in the project_root/pwiz_mzdb/mzdb/lib.Then run the following command:

quickbuild -j8 address-model=64 pwiz_mzdb --i-agree-to-the-vendor-licenses.

v0.9.7-beta.1

pwiz_mzdb_0.9.7-beta.1 binaries compiled for windows x86_64.
Zip file contains the main exectuable (raw2mzDB.exe) to convert Thermo rawfiles and ABI rawfiles to mzDB.
