The following changes were made:
-Added the Green's functions from Zhou et al (2020), which are generated using 40-year simulations
-In addition to the previously provided fields, these Green's functions also include components due to LW cloud, SW cloud, surface albedo, fixed-RH Planck, fixed-RH lapse rate, and RH feedbacks.
-The figure displaying all of the Green's functions is updated
