Project Requirements

1. Identify a real-world problem or opportunity that can be addressed by developing a web application.
2. Develop a clear and concise project description outlining the proposed web application's purpose, target audience, and main functionalities.
3. Design an architectural overview of the web application, including the front-end (using JSP), back-end (using servlets), and data storage (using XML).
4. Discuss the technologies and tools used in the development process, such as IDEs, version control systems, and testing frameworks.
5. Create a project timeline detailing the expected milestones and deadlines for each stage of the development process.
6. Present a risk assessment and mitigation strategy, identifying potential challenges and outlining steps to address them.

Throughout the assignment, you are expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of the core technologies, including JSP for dynamic web content generation, servlets for handling HTTP requests and processing business logic, and XML for storing and exchanging data. Additionally, it would be best to showcase your ability to design and plan web applications, considering aspects such as usability, scalability, and maintainability.
