dmap v0.0.1

The first release of the dmap Python package. It is currently in the alpha stages and many changes are planned. The main features for the 0.0.1 alpha release include:

• Tensors which are never evaluated; rather, they form a perma-lazy graph that represents all operations that are applied to them.
  • These tensors don't currently contain any active data, only metadata.
  • This mostly lies in the "memory.py" module which tracks the size, shape, stride, datatype, offset, masks, and contiguity of the tensor.
• Operations are their own nodes in the lazy graphs and are connected to tensors (meaning they operate on them).
• The translation of these graphs into kernels composed of C code.
