v4.1.0.0 - Module & External Scripts, Floating Save Button!

✨ New Features

• Module and external URL scripts: scripts can now set a Script URL and/or load as an ES module, for both user scripts and scripts registered by other plugins (via the new src/module payload fields). External (http/https) URLs are off by default, with a new setting to allow them. Thanks to @soleuniverse101 for the request! #16

⚙️ Improvements

• Floating Save button: the Save button now floats at the bottom right and shows "Save*" with a yellow border while there are unsaved changes. The main config section is wider (50vw, full width on small screens).
• Floating Add Script button, module-aware linting, and faded entries for scripts that won't run.

• docs(readme): document the unified manifest and module/external scripts
