A traditional business runs as an open loop. Knowledge lives in people's heads, spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and PDFs. Decisions get made blind and reviewed weeks later. When someone leaves, the knowledge leaves with them. Generic AI bolted on top hallucinates, because it has no memory of how the business actually works.

N1X connects two pieces:

N1X Workspace — the memory layer. Cited, source-backed recall across the business, with agents that work on top of it and connectors to the systems where the data already lives. Same for every company.

The vertical OS — the operation itself. For freight, that's N1X Transport: loads, pricing, routes, invoicing, and local compliance. This is where work gets executed and where the data is generated.

The memory knows because the OS runs the operation. The OS executes because the memory decides. That closes the loop: the system watches what happens, compares it to what should have happened, and adjusts.
