Highlights

Simple settings mode. The control panel now opens in a casual Simple mode: view presets, color-by, node size, labels, layout rules and a three-button layout density picker (Tight / Normal / Airy). Expert mode keeps every slider and is one click away; the choice is remembered.

New layout rules. Besides links, tags and folders, the layout can now pull together notes by community, creation year, edit recency, or connectivity tier (isolated → hubs). Available in both Simple and Expert modes.

Camera widget redesign. The bottom-right controls are now minimalist Obsidian-style icon toggles: hide UI, 3D, free layout.

Light theme support for glow schemes. Galaxy, Nebula and Neon now adapt to light themes: the palette darkens to stay readable and the forced dark backdrop and additive glow are dropped. The graph background and panels follow the Obsidian theme automatically.

Fixes

  • Side pane now reuses its companion pane instead of opening a new split on every click, and no longer steals focus from the graph.
  • Explore mode respects the side-pane setting when opening notes.
  • Panning with the right mouse button now moves the orbit pivot along, so rotating afterwards no longer snaps the camera back to center.
  • Sub-2px pane resizes are ignored, removing camera shudder near pane edges.
