Qualification boundary
The functional firmware code at exact commit 0f5e00ac4cc3038c19f9af541fae3db176ef3188 passed the Heltec V3 exact-target build in GitHub Actions run 31579818069 and upstream unit tests in run 31579818138. RC2 is CI-qualified; no new physical V3 flash is claimed. The release documentation commit changes no firmware inputs.

WARNING: Heltec V3 only. Do not flash this on Heltec V4, RCC6, RC52, Wireless Tracker, or other hardware. Attach a suitable antenna before transmitting. This is an experimental community build, not an official Heltec or MeshCore release.
Qualification: exact-SHA GitHub firmware build and upstream tests passed; the candidate booted and rendered the captured UI on the physical V3 qualification unit. The unit's pre-test Room Server image was privately backed up for restoration after media capture.
