NeonPocketMC ULP Solar Repeaters v1.0.0-rc.2
Experimental ultra-low-power MeshCore repeater firmware for ten supported NeonPocketMC profiles.
Fixed in RC2
- Saved coordinates can now be explicitly shared in adverts on every ULP profile, including boards without a physical GPS.
- The guided USB configurator asks whether to advertise saved coordinates, accepts latitude/longitude when requested, and verifies the resulting policy.
- RCC6 rejects impossible one-cell battery readings above 4.50 V instead of displaying values such as 7.45 V. TFT builds show battery data as unavailable when the ADC reading is invalid.
- Documentation now makes the onboarding boundary explicit: ULP firmware is configured over USB serial and does not start a Wi-Fi access point or WebUI.
Install safely
- ESP32 app images are normal updates flashed at
0x10000. Full-recovery images are flashed at0x0only when recovery is actually required. - nRF52 users should copy only the UF2 matching their exact board. Do not replace the bootloader or SoftDevice.
- Confirm the board name in the filename before flashing.
- Run
NeonPocketMC-ULP-Configurator.zipwhile the device is still connected by USB.
