Known issue: the Windows zip in this release fails to start on machines with the SDRplay API installed (DLL not on the search path). Fixed in v0.1.7-alpha - use that instead.
Alpha release for the Ten-Tec SDR Console (Orion 565/566 / Omni VII) — the first release with the native Windows build. Windows: unzip tentec-console-v0.1.6-alpha-win64.zip and run tentec-console.exe. The SDRplay API/HW driver (proprietary, required for the panadapter) is NOT bundled — install it from sdrplay.com/api; details in README-WINDOWS.txt inside the zip. Linux: AppImage, easiest install is the one-liner from the README: bash <(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/n8mus/Orion-Control/master/install.sh) The SDRplay API is not bundled (install.sh sets it up). The VOACAP propagation engine IS bundled (public-domain core). Radio control needs your user in the dialout/uucp group (install.sh does this). First launch opens the Setup screen.
