Credential MCP OAuth2 API - Can't connect qccount

I am trying to create credential type MCP OAuth2 API with Dynamic Client Registration. I can't connect my account.

What is the error message (if any)?

The UI returns the message:
OAuth Authorization Error
There was a problem generating the authorization URL
Request failed with status code 404

When looking at the Network tab (Deveoper tools), it returns a 500 error.
