Describe the issue
Hi,
Has anyone experienced this error before? It says IO error: invalid peer certificate.
We are in a school environment trying to sign into iLoader account but cannot bypass it for some reason. We have not blocked the app from talking to our firewall and tried using a mobile hotspot connection, still getting the same thing on both MacOS and Windows. Any help is appreciated.
