quant 0.3.0
NablaTensor is now NablaTensor Quant, built on JAX4J 0.1.0.
Maven group: com.nablatensor; quant version: 0.3.0.
Library artifacts: quant-pricing, quant-risk, quant-cva, quant-codegen.
The quant artifact is the Maven parent POM. Add jax4j-engine-vulkan:0.1.0
or jax4j-engine-wgpu:0.1.0 for the appropriate compute backend.
This is a breaking API migration: finance types use com.nablatensor, while
compute APIs use com.jax4j. The scalar API now uses evaluation/value/gradient
terminology. Local tensor and engine implementations have been replaced by
JAX4J dependencies.
Version 0.3.0 under each of the 26 retired NablaTensor artifact names provides
migration metadata: 24 Maven relocations and two notices for OpenCL and the old
validation harness, which have no replacement library. Existing releases remain
available. Consumers pinned to older versions must update explicitly to see
these notices.
Validation: quant has four passing Vulkan checks and two passing wgpu tensor
checks; two scalar checks skip under wgpu because upstream has no scalar wgpu
adapter. JAX4J 0.1.0 passed 31 Vulkan and 36 wgpu checks. Other compute backends
were not tested. Native runtimes and Java 25 are required for GPU execution.
CVA exposure profiles and retained FP64/multi-output legacy paths are outside
this GPU validation.
Binary assets match the Maven Central bundle; SHA256SUMS and release evidence
are attached. GitHub supplies the source archives for this tag.
