Three additions, each verifiable in the tree:

Benchmark packs. Five real companies — Notion, Chatbase, Clay, Nawy, Thndr — ship as
public-information benchmark packs: every figure carries an evidence tag, a source class and a
year, and a gate fails the build if any number arrives untagged. They double as similarity
anchors for the new seeding flow.

Similar-case pack seeding. When your company matches no pack but a registered pack shares
its shape (vertical, market, model), the front door asks — never assumes — whether to seed the
new pack's structure and walk the assumptions as a confirm checklist. Structure travels;
another company's facts never do.

Update check. At most once every two days, on a run, the plugin reads its own published
version file and prints one line if a newer version exists. It sends nothing, works offline by
staying silent, and turns off with one environment variable. A dedicated check pins it as the
package's only network surface.

Full detail lives in the repository's documents; the self-test suite grew to 89 checks and runs
green from a cold clone.
