Summary

  • Android: Fix unnecessary magnetometer registration (battery); unregister before re-listen; throttle emissions ~33ms.
  • Android: Real headingForCameraMode via new HeadingUtils (remapCoordinateSystem(..., AXIS_X, AXIS_Z, ...)). Philipp Bobek MathUtils is unchanged.
  • Publishing: Restore .pubignore (smaller, cleaner pub archive).
  • Docs: Document temporary dual licensing and roadmap.

License notice

This release is MIT + GPLv3 (some Android model/util files retain GPLv3 headers from Philipp Bobek’s Compass).

Future releases will make the package MIT-only via a clean-room rewrite planned for 2.2.0. iOS orientation/throttle fixes are planned for 2.1.2.
