CodexRemote-fix 2.4.22
Fixed Restart now closing Codex without reopening it by activating the ordinary packaged app through Windows' native Application Activation Manager.
Ordinary launches now use the exact Codex AUMID OpenAI.Codex_2p2nqsd0c76g0!App; controlled launches with debugging arguments keep their existing verified executable path.
Added a regression test that rejects direct WindowsApps executable launches for ordinary Codex recovery.
