What's new

• About now displays the actual installed codex-barbar version.
• Added an opt-in Windows Notifications settings page. Notifications remain disabled by default.
• Configure warning and danger remaining-quota thresholds, weekly reset alerts, refresh failure/recovery alerts, update alerts, sounds, and a safe test notification.
• Notification state is deduplicated across restarts and isolated when the active Codex account changes.

Safety and data boundaries

• codex-barbar remains read-only for Codex usage: this release adds no reset redemption, credit purchase, plan change, or account mutation action.
• Reset-credit increase notification remains visibly unavailable until a later read-only parser supplies an official count.
• Account isolation stores only a one-way SHA-256 marker inside local notification state; raw account identity is not written to notification logs or UI payloads.
