- Migrated legacy release contracts (`v1.0.0`) to `src/test/releases/` to establish a permanent regression suite.
- Fixed relative paths and adapted legacy tests (`mockFetch`, `MemoryDB`, `TapParser`) to conform to updated module contracts.
- Bumped package version to `1.1.4`.
- All `test:all` checks passing with zero TypeScript (`knip`) errors.
