Keep a single filter owner when a named table covers the same range as a sheet filter. XLSX places the criteria and sort in the table and avoids Excel's repair of the duplicate; ODS writes one named database range that LibreOffice can convert without recreating the duplicate.
Qualify sheet-local cell and range names in XLSX and the base address of ODS named ranges. Excel now opens the kitchen-sink workbook without removing its local name.
Read table-owned filter criteria and sort back into the sheet view when it is the sole table, so a round trip retains the modelled behavior. Numbers continues to warn explicitly where its format cannot carry tables, filters or sheet-local names.
