Configuration based changes

There are several configuration based behaviour change to the original mod (all false by default; available without KubeJS):

• tradeExisting = true replaces the Wandering Trader trade list with foods only in vanilla and installed mods.
• cleanCreativeTab = true removes foods in not installed mods from creative tab.
• removePlateInVanillaTab = true removes plate from vanilla "Food and Drinks" creative tab. They're still visible in Display Delight tab.

I've also made the "Appers in ... mod" tooltip use translate keys instead of hardcoded values for mod names. This change isn't configurable.
