Saccade MCP 0.2.6 and Extension 0.4.23

Fixes native input-button names and action receipt verification.

Extension 0.4.23 preserves browser-computed captions for non-editable submit, reset, button and image inputs. Editable fields remain protected. This fixes unnamed Save buttons observed on Steamworks.

MCP 0.2.6 no longer treats changing action permissions during browser-semantic resynchronization as proof that an action succeeded. A save may still return outcome_unknown; observe its result before deciding what to do next. Never automatically repeat an ambiguous action.

Validation: 212 Node tests, 289 Extension tests and 18 WebGL diagnostic tests passed. Chrome and Edge passed the native activation fixture using the same Extension candidate. Steamworks macOS metadata was saved and published through Saccade. The Playwright comparison passed the local fixture, not an authenticated Steamworks run.

Browser semantics, video, short 3D observation and exploratory clicks remain experimental. Complete media interruption, revocation and performance acceptance remains unfinished. The owner approved publication of this exact release pair with those gaps recorded; no performance, accuracy or token-saving claim is made.
