Test-PendingReboot now uses the full Boxstarter/Brian Wilhite check set:

• CBS: subkey existence check (was property lookup — missed some reboot signals)
• WU: subkey existence check (same fix)
• FileRename: validates PendingFileRenameOperations has actual entries (not just property presence)
• JoinDomain: now also checks AvoidSpnSet (pending domain SPN registration)
• SCCM: new — CCM_ClientUtilities.DetermineIfRebootPending WMI check (gracefully skipped when SCCM client not installed)

All checks are fail-safe. The return contract is unchanged: array of @{ Source; Status } objects.
