docker build -t nextsim . (not on vpn)
Step 1/10 : FROM nansencenter/boost_petsc_gmsh:0.0.6
Get https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/: dial tcp: lookup registry-1.docker.io on [::1]:53: read udp [::1]:48443->[::1]:53: read: connection refused
is it just me or is there a problem?

works on my home laptop (no vpn) - maybe I just need to reinstall docker on my work one.
Also works on fram.ad.nersc.no

Replace akorosov with nansencenter in Dockerfile
