  • Fixes a bug in develop.
  • Improves performance by updating stress after damaging through relaxation, instead of recalculation.
  • Re-introduces capping at high compression
  • Simplifies yield calculation
  • Improves performance by calculating dx outside the loop
  • Minor cleaning

It's a very dirty branch in terms of commits, so a "merge and squash" would probably be sensible.
