InputBus v1.0.16

Adds Scroll Swap: mouse wheel up or down taps the controller Y button to swap weapons.
The feature is available in Macros and is enabled by default for new/default configs.
You can configure the pressed button and press duration from the macro panel.
Bundles the rebuilt core executable inside the portable package.
