The standard editing grammar is intentionally consistent:
- turn to select;
- press to open/edit;
- turn to change;
- press to confirm.
Only the value currently being edited is inverted. Whole-row inversion is avoided because it makes a 128×64 one-bit display unnecessarily busy.
