Describe the bug
The latest static analysis workflow run on dev has the following failure:

Uninitialized variable: BufferItem at /fsw/src/lc_action.c:711

To Reproduce
Run static analysis on dev.

Expected behavior
Resolve static analysis workflow on dev.

Additional context
This was not captured internally because the LC app does not have this workflow. There is an internal ticket to add static analysis workflows to all apps.
