BarPilot v1.14

Your calendar now drives the bar: add secret ICS addresses (Google, Outlook/Microsoft 365 — including Teams meetings — iCloud, Fastmail, Calendly, 8x8/Zoom-synced events) and meeting mode starts automatically when events begin, with the event title on the banner. On-call hooks make the bar go BUSY while you're actually in a call: Windows watches the OS mic/camera-in-use flags (any call app), macOS detects Zoom, and a local webhook covers everything else. The single Python helper (Windows + macOS, stdlib only) now serves Claude usage, calendar feeds, the webhook, and call detection — re-download it from the Claude section.

Honest labels: Wi-Fi and Smart Home sections carry broken-on-firmware banners while the fw 1.1.1 Wi-Fi co-processor wedge is unfixed (see README Known issues + the unbricking cheatsheet).
