BarPilot v1.15

The local helper is now easy to find (⬇ helper buttons in the Claude, Calendar, and On-call cards) and published as a reviewable file — barpilot-usage-helper.py is attached below and lives in the repo, byte-identical to what the page generates. Calendar feeds gained an ✎ edit button.
