Fixed

• The game no longer crashes while preparing its graphics on NVIDIA GeForce 10-series cards with Vulkan, and on some Android devices no longer stops at "Preparing graphics" or reports a graphics card error as the title appears: one of the game's shaders did not agree with those graphics drivers and is now written differently.
• A second gamepad now controls Yorda in the game's two-player mode; the first gamepad plugged in is Ico's (thanks to neetgon).
• On phones, when the graphics driver stops responding, the message now says what to do and where the log is.
