Alpha Post Release

I messed up the README on PyPi.org -- It's been corrected! Updated binaries with the new version number are included, but the code is the same. Sorry for the issue!

FlightControl Alpha!

The first complete iteration of FlightControl!

List of Prevalent Known Bugs:

• When closing the app if data is not received, you will need to force using ^C. This won't hurt your data.
• Trying to run the app with bad serial ports crashes instead of being handled more gracefully.
• In some cases, the temporary data file remains even after the app is closed.

Install using pip or attached binaries!
pip install flightctl

Special thanks to AIAA UH and the SCR Developers for your support and work on this project.
