v0.16.9 - Import Folder Exclusions & Further Logging Updates

Changes:

• Add ImportFolderExclusions to AdvancedConfig to allow users to prevent VFS generation in specific import folders (by Name or ID) without hiding the media from Shoko
• Standardize logging so series titles, episode number, shoko ids and plex rating keys are listed when available
• Remove premature Dispose() calls from the main thread in ScheduleDebouncedAction and VfsWatcher.Stop()
• Let background tasks handle their own CancellationTokenSource disposal in their finally blocks to prevent crashes when file events arrive rapidly
• Execute RunCollectionUpdateAsync directly inside RunMetadataFixupAsync to ensure collections are processed strictly after VFS rebuilds and Plex scans complete
• Wrap subsequent API tasks in foundInAnyTarget to bypass redundant execution if Plex has not yet recognized the series
• Rename references to 'Import Folders' to 'Managed Folders'
• Add an early return in VfsWatcher.TriggerPlexUpdates if the series has no valid VFS paths
• Inline single-use helper methods across the project excluding PlexMetadata
• Update ConfigProvider.cs with missing XML documentation for private fields, methods, properties, and nested classes
