Recent Changes:

• Updated project references to use dotnet10 and abstractions 6.0.0-alpha.2
• Overhauled the sync feature, with plex to shoko, shoko to plex, and votes/ratings sync
• Added the additional sync options to a modal when clicking sync on the dashboard
• Overhauled the organisation of the controller and endpoints document
• Stopped the Linux build archives from being contained in a "release" subfolder
• Various refactoring
