v0.7.1 - VFS Improvements & Minor Naming Fixes

• The VFS now supports clean only runs (shortcut by setting the filter to "0")
• When generating the VFS with clean enabled symlinks will no longer be removed and regenerated if they already exist
• Make sure the VFS clean does not allow file generation in a folder until the filesystem has fully cleared it (prevents potential accidental file deletions)
• Consolidated some redundant filename and plugin directory resolvers to one location
• Fix Credits that were not from animethemes missing the "C" prefix
• Fix combined episodes not having the exact same filename other than the part number (stripped the ShokoFileID) to allow them to combine properly
• Added more logging for the VFS build process, including warnings and report generation
• Ensure VFS reports only generate inside the plugin folder
• Make VFS generations with no filter persist their toast to allow the report link to be easily clicked
• Fix Season titles/descriptions which were using the wrong abstraction
• Ported over missing documentation from the legacy agent and added info on VFS mapping
• Added the missing /images endpoint (largely unused)
• Changed Plex authentication endpoints to a more consistent naming convention
• Added more info about various dashboard sections to the readme
