v0.8.0 - Generic Critic Ratings & Plex Automation Overhaul

This likely marks then end of any large feature additions or breaking changes. The plugin should be ready to release as soon as the current Shoko daily becomes stable (barring abstraction or metadata provider changes). Further updates will focus on performance, logging, documentation and bug fixes.

Recent Changes:

• changed animethemes mapping format and renamed the base file to account for various edge cases
• updated the animethemes titles in plex to account for the same edge cases (mainly hyphenated slugs)
• animethemes mp3 batch generation now functions on the root folder it is invoked from instead of just subfolders
• animethemes mapping generation can now append to an existing mapping file
• fixed a regression where animethemes mapping generation didn't work due to a bad useragent
• the provider settings on the dashboard now reset to their default values when cleared
• a new apply critic ratings automation/service has been added for plex which applies configurable generic ratings (the same as legacy agents)
• all automations now run based on midnight utc (or the newly configurable utc offset on the dashboard)
• a plex automation frequency option has been adding to the dashboard for generating collections and applying critic ratings on a schedule
• a utc offset setting has been added to the dashboard to configure when automations should start
• removed the animethemes path mapping setting and search all destination type import folders for the !animethemes folder (configurable)
• heavily refactored the dashboard .js and .css files and added regions to them
• further toast improvements (persistence when manual jobs are running and when they complete)
• moved 'ShokoRelay/Docs/Endpoints.md' to 'Docs/Controller.md' and overhauled the entire thing
• remove useless fallback code from the collection service
• the tmdb rating array for the provider is no longer configurable and defaults to tmdb
• vastly sped up importing ratings from shoko into plex and slightly speed up plex to shoko
• add a special feature to the vfs to rename local Specials.ext posters into Season-Specials-Poster.ext
• The preferences.json file no longer carries any Plex auth/library info and all of it is persisted to the token file only
• Removed all plex library configuration remnants as selection is fully automatic now
• Enhanced tag filtering logic to support user tags, tmdb tags and improved AniDB tag handling
• Added a new provider config option to select which tags to apply
• plex tokens are no longer exposed in any of the plugin endpoints
• Updated version to 0.8.0 as there are potentially breaking config changes
• other various refactors and name changes
