iter 4 Manager Table and Design

Iteration Goal

The main goal in this iteration is to finish application development by adding manager view, restaurant tables allocations and attractive data and design.

####all screen style view all screen has the same Navbar and footer.

• complete the nav bar design : give a special style to navbar.
• complete the footer design : add inforamtion needed.
