The initial Agentic Workspace Starter Kit: the three-layer operating model (guidance / support / product-work), harness- and model-agnostic.

Docs (architecture, phased adoption, local setup, collaboration and governance, Context Fabric, naming standard, glossary), workspace and Context Fabric record templates, a portable skill bundle with adapters and a sync script, the scaffolding and validation scripts, and a generated fictional sandbox workspace.

Tagged retroactively so the CHANGELOG's compare links resolve. The tagged commit is the genericized initial import; the public open-source scaffolding (license, community health files, CI) and everything after it shipped in v0.2.0.

Superseded by v0.2.0, which retires bindings.env and consolidates the templates. See its notes for the upgrade path.
