• 🛠️ Build your own workouts — add any library exercise to a named custom workout; find them under "My workouts".
• ✅ Honest new-user start — real zeros for a brand-new profile (no simulated steps/wellness); onboarding polish.

Notes

• Demo videos stream from the library-videos release, so the app keeps gaining exercise videos over time (index: library_index.csv). Video coverage is being filled in incrementally.
• Android 8.0 (API 26)+. Signed with the standard debug key for easy sideloading.
